Announcement: Season 2019 opening

  • Season 2019 of Challenge Data is opening soon ! Challenges of the new season will be presented at Collège de France, 11 Place Marcelin Berthelot, 75005 Paris, on Wednesdays 23 and 30 Jan. 2019, from 11:15am to 12:15pm. You are kindly invited to attend them.
  • In the meantime you can still participate to old challenges but rankings are frozen.

 

What is Challenge Data?

  • Machine learning challenges for teaching and research in data science. Supervised classification or regression problems, organized as competitions. Data provided by start-ups, innovative companies, medical centers and scientific experiments.
  • Promotes a free exchange of data and algorithmic knowledge, for education, science, industrial, social and medical applications.

How does it work ?

A simple procedure

  • Choose your project and download the dataset.
  • Develop your algorithms on the training data.
  • Submit your testing predictions online and compare your score.
