From 16/11/2017 to 27/12/2018
The goal of this challenge is to predict if a transaction will be subject to a claim from the user (broken, not received, ...) or not. Results from this challenge will help us to improve the quality of our service and the overall users satisfaction on our website. This is a multi-class classification problem, evaluated through AUC weighted metric.
