Created in 2006, Oze-Energies is an innovative company specialized in a new profession: Instrumented Energy Optimization® of existing commercial buildings. The installation of communicating sensors, coupled with a monitoring software and energy optimization (constituting the TECICE® solution, in-house development), to measure the main data required (temperatures, consumptions, programming, etc.) in real time and continuously. Using data accumulated for a few weeks and its algorithms of Big Data, Oze-Energies models the energy behavior of buildings. Oze-Energies experts then identify and evaluate progress actions for equal comfort and without work. Acting partly on the settings of climatic equipment (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and secondly resizing energy contracts. These actions reduce the energy bill of the owners and tenants of about 25% on average per year. Oze-Energies then accompanies owners over time for effective implementation of improvement actions. It also performs a continuous improvement approach to complement and strengthen the results. Thus on a park of 10 buildings of 10 000 m2, the cumulative savings over 3 years exceed 1 million euros. The process is self-funding in the first year thanks to the special technology developed by Oze- Energies. It allows the owner to retain tenants and enhance its assets value. Finally, it provides a monitoring and communication tool, useful both internally and externally to raise the awareness of stakeholders.
